I am suddenly unable to access BT Cloud despite having it for many years. I have not changed any details and I now have the following messages when I try to log in:
Via the APP on Android: "Web page not available
The web page at http://localhost/authentication/token-exchange?status=2003 could not be loaded because:
Via MYBT under "Manage Your BT Cloud" - It shows "Sorry, there's been an error fetching your cloud details"
On my PC (Mac): "We've encountered an error. (Error code 1001)"
Anybody got any ideas please?
