Hi. I’ve read all the posts for game pass problems and spoke to one of the billing team 7 days ago who was sending a form to the relevant department to get me a code. I’ve noticed the broken button to add game pass is no longer there and I’ve still not received my code from the relevant department. Anyone else found the same?
I would contact billing again and get a different person who hopefully will get your pass sent to you
When was it you spoke with the team? Once they have sent the request off, it can be up to 7 working days for the Xbox Game Pass code to be sent to your email.

You would need to wait 14 days after the contract was set up before trying to activate the Game Pass.
Once the webform has been looked into the team will email you the code.
