No problem migrating from McFee to Norton however I'm having trouble using the Antispam add-in for Outlook. Its detecting spam and placing them in the Spam folder however the options 'This is not spam' and 'Empty Spam Folder' are ghosted out i.e. not available I can only select 'This is Spam'. Am I missing something? Cant find any settings that may be limiting options.
