I've just installed the new Norton Security programme on my PC and looking at how it all works went to the Protection Report to see what this shows you. However, after a number of attempts it always says I'm not connected to the internet so cannot show data - even though the PC is connected and I'm seeing web sites and emails with no problem. Can anyone offer any advice on how to get this option working?
