Norton Security is aggressive and is blocking 4 of my genealogy files but the files do not appear in quarantine. Norton stops me from saving data by blocking folder and file access. I have been around and around in circles - following their instructions - all to no avail. Norton instructions detail icons that do not appear on the BT version and the contact support system is circular in design-you cannot actually contact anybody!
