This morning I get a 'Subscription Canceled' message from the Norton app.
Is this just me?
What should I do to fix it?
('Show me my options' simply takes me to a page to pay for a subscription.)

I have so far not had this message. Seems strange that BT would have canceled your Norton subscription if you are still in contract with BT for broadband.
Im not a big fan or Norton Anti-Virus.

Thanks. Yes, still under contract. There is a slim chance that it's related to a billing issue where they charge me for 2x broadbands each month. Each month I call to get the the money back and receive an assurance it'll be fixed in 10 days. Each day whoever is dealing with it reads me the complaint log messages from different departments stating that it is not their problem and they can't fix it. It's been going on 3 months and currently looks like it'll extend to a 4th.
Contacted technical support via Chat and it's fixed now.
The cause is not clear, but My BT did not think I had installed and activated Norton. (It still said 'Switch to Norton'.) I had to Uninstall my existing Norton and redownload and reinstall via My BT. All quite easy if a bit bothering that it was necessary.
(If that helps anyone else in the same position sometime.)
