Can someone point me in the right direction where BT have written down what Malware and Spyware protection is provided to a Mac if the have this new Norton protection please? Macs already have virus protection by default as part of MacOS . I understand that it doesn’t work on Safari , the Mac’s default browser !! Also I went to add some additional licenses, I have 15 apparently ? ... and just 30 days to request them, but to install them all in 30 days isnt easy and for some reason the first one I went to try and obtain asked me for payment via my credit card details, why if it included in BTs tariff? It says it works on IOS but my iPhone says no !! Im not going to muck up my iPad too! I think its about time BT was more open and stopped trying to cover all their bases when this product clearly has some shortcomings for Macs when in truth its PCs and the Windows environments that need this protection?
