Norton stops Microsoft Remote Desktop working

Just installed the new Norton security software on my Windows 10 laptop and now Microsoft Remote Desktop access from my Mac has stopped working.  Has anyone seen this problem and figured out what settings to change?

Have you tried looking on the Norton website which will most likely have instructions on how to use their product and how to allow safe programs to be used.
