Hello everyone. So I got a bt smart freeview box and decided to look at the now TV app as iv not used it before. I have opted to try an entertainment package which it seemed to let me do without creating a log in, and somehow it has a pre existing email that's unknown to me. I got this freeview first hand so I'm really confused as to how that log in is there, has anyone experienced this I would appreciate your advice.
