I subscribed to Now TV and my email does not work when trying to set the password .
Who do I need to contact?
Feeling like I'm going round in circles.
BT had given an incorrect email to Now TV.
I've just finished speaking to an advisor. Their internal team will now contact Now TV and get the incorrect email changed. 2 days.....
Hopefully 2 days is a pessimistic forecast which they will beat.
Good that BT are contacting them as Now TV have made themselves pretty much uncontactable by the ordinary customer since March.
