Those instructions don't work, the option to opt out isn't there, and the BT WiFi status checker is telling me my email address is invalid.
I did. All I get at the bottom is "The legal stuff" and "FAQs". There's no option to opt out.
So you cannot see the option to "Opt Out of BT Wifi" which is above the legal stuff?
Does it say you are actually opted in, on the earlier screens?
It says i'm opted in even though i opted out over two years ago. There was no BT WiFi hotspot on my Hub until it appeared around 1am. At no point did I opt back in. Very strange, lol
If you cannot see the opt out option, then only a moderator can help.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
