Parental Control permanently disabled

For the past 4 months I have been trying to get my parental control activated. Multiple support teams were involved and numerous calls have been made. They keep closing the call while the issue still exists.

Any idea who I can speak to?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi Daniel,
I have now replied to the private message.

As mentioned earlier apparently the issue has been already looked at by BT Level 2 and Level 3 teams.

Awaiting call back from someone who really understands the problem who can resolve.
