Parental Controls Not Working

Hi....help needed! My parental controls just won’t work. I’ve tried resetting, have called BT a couple of times and they’ve been unable to help but have suggested I post here! They’re definitely active (have switched off and back on again several times), have set time limits (then turned them off and back on again) and added websites to my blocked list, but nothing is happening and all age 18 sites can be accessed at any time of the day, including blocked ones. Any advice?
