The ability to reconfigure (modify | disable) parent controls
Calling BT customer support redirected me to setup a BT ID (which I already have) and to install and manage parental controls through the mobile app which leads to the same error message listed above in red.
I use a DrayTek router and not the default BT router provided, although I don’t see this being an issue since the parental controls are managed online and not configured through the router.
The issue has been like this for several weeks now.
Has anyone seen this issue before, if so, how did you remediate the problem?
