When I login online it says Parental Controls are active, although they’re not! Hence my kids have access to anything (mind you, I do have restrictions on their devices too). Help please! Have restarted the hub several times… which resets it, although 24 hrs later it is not working again… It's the same issue across multiple devices.

Yes i guess so although that was 2 years ago... no idea how it was resolved!
This is one of the issues with the forums, when a problem is fixed, the reason is hardly ever given - causing the same issue to be investigated from scratch again. Of course, the cure and indeed the actual underlying problem may not be the same - but it will surely be a good starting point for the moderators to look.
Hopefully the moderators will tell you the cause, and can you pop back and give the reason?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @cordycordy thanks for posting, I'm really sorry about the problem with your parental controls. I called last week and left a message as I missed you. The fault is being investigated by our programmers as there are data mismatches between the various systems that the controls work from.
Regrettably I don't have a timescale as to how long this will take to resolve but I have escalated it with them today and I will get back to you when they provide me with an update.
