@Sarahjanethomp Thanks for sending in your details, I've raised this with a specialist team as I can see that all the things I could have tried have already been done. It will take a few days before I have an update but as soon as I have any news I'll be back in touch.
Hi @Sarahjanethomp Thanks for your patience whilst this is being investigated, the faults team have identified and fixed another issue. Can you try setting the controls up again and let me know if it works now?
