Parental Controls not working

Getting absolutely sick to the back teeth with BT and their useless call centre.

switched on parental controls over a week ago and they are still not working. They are set to strict on my account but I can access anything from any device connected to BT broadband. Done everything asked, changed the settings, cleared DNS cache, made sure to reset the router and still nothing.

BT cannot seem to even figure it out at their end. 

How do I get hold of someone with a modicum of sense who can get this sorted?!

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Thanks for taking the time to send us a PM with your account details. I'm sorry that you have been unable to get the issues with Parental Controls resolved. 

Our Executive Level Complaints Team have now picked up this case and they will now deal until resolution.
