Parental Controls not working

I've followed the troubleshooting guide however nothing is being blocked.

I had the same problem a while back and something needed to be done on the BT side.

Hi @stoker82, welcome back and sorry you've got a problem with the Parental Controls again. 

Has anything changed since it was last fixed? ie changed Broadband package or moved home?

Hi, I've moved to a Halo contract but the BT Hub and WholeHome haven't changed.

Hi @stoker82, thanks for posting back and that change should not affect the Parental Controls.

Would you check and confirm that you are using BT's DNS settings and let me know.

Yes they worked at my old address but since I moved to new address a week ago they stopped working even though I have put on strict

Hi @gooleys thanks for getting back to me, I've seen this happen before and we'll need to raise a case to get the parental controls system updated with your new broadband details.
