Hi, I’ve tried to turn on the Parental Controls via the BT app and online, I get a green message saying it will be active within 2hrs.....but it doesn’t activate! Any ideas I can try without having to ring BT and spend hours on hold??
Hi @Squeaky76, welcome to the forum and sorry the Parental Controls won't activate.
Are you able to login to your MyBT on a laptop or PC and see if the activation works ok there? Post back and let me know how you get on.
