Parental control problem

I got prenatal control put on my Bt Froday set times for it to come back on andit did nt went to the manage exteres and knocked it off still nothing could not get on to anything then spoke to BT and they told me to disable it did this and still nothing been on to then all day yesterday and still carnt get the boys phones or xbox working and I carnt get on to some things BT dont seem to beable to fix this can any one help.

My rooter is hub 5 andfor some reason on my computer it says Network 2.

I keep getting messegies saying 

Check your proxy server or contact network administrater to make sure that the proxy server is workingBut the buys phunes and xbox anr on the hub wifi and they still carnt get on to anything help please.
