I tried today and logged to my BT account, activated it one more time, it went through without any issues highlighted by the system.
So now, it is saying that it is active and working, but i need to test it when i am back home.

I had tested the parental control services yesterday, it was working good, and i will continue testing the service as a whole in the coming week. I would like to thank you and the technical team for the good work and the follow up.
