Parental controls not working after house move last year

Hi,

I seem to be having a problem similar to a few others - parental controls, despite many "turn it off and on again" attempts, simply doesn't filter anything, leaving our kids pretty unprotected. To be clear, in My BT the parental controls currently show as Active.

The controls did used to work perfectly but we moved house (and phone number) in Feb 2019, since when they've never worked at all.

I got nowhere with call centre attempts to sort it, and get the impression from the other community posts that some back end intervention is needed - any mods available to escalate for me, or advise if there's a more self serve route I can take?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Hi @brianmcc  I called earlier sorry I missed you. I just wanted to check if the Parental Controls activated after our conversation yesterday. Post back and let me know if it is now working or not.

Hi there - I tried PM-ing but it wouldn't let me!

Yes filters are now working perfectly, thanks very much, great peace of mind with the kids getting older!
