Parental controls not working

Hello, can anyone help. I've recently come to bt for broadband. I've set up parental controls. It says active & on. Currently set to custom but nothing being filtered. Have also tried light with no success. Have also spoken to bt twice .

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
