Parental controls not working

Parental controls always worked hitherto but no longer seem to be working on PC since BT Virus Check move to Norton, although not saying that necessarily related.

@GranthamPaul welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry your parental controls are no longer working. The update to BT Virus protect shouldn't have any impact on the controls as they are independent of each other.  I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details and we'll be happy to help.

I've tried turning off my parental controls off and then back on again but the controls still don't seem to be working. If I type "porn" in Google the top searches are for porn sites

Hi @GranthamPaul,

Providing we have enabled parental controls, you shouldn't be able to view the content of those sites when you click on the link. Check Google's SafeSearch to toggle the Explicit results filter.
