Parental controls not working

Hi,

I'm unable to get these to work on my account. They are showing as "Active" and have set up a custom filter as well as blocking a specific URL for testing.

In addition I have cleared my browser cache, flushed DNS, checked DNS is being handled by the hub, restarted hub, turned controls off and on again.

I've been on to the phone to the BT cell centre but they have not been able to assist.

did you check your MYBT and ensure switch on

Yes, showing as turned on.

I've been through all the BT docs and spent time on phone and chat with BT - they've conducted a remote session on my PC and everything looks fine to them.

Yes, I read that one and thought it was similar to my issue.

Do I need to wait for a mod to pick this up?
