Nope it didn't work. I restored my Home Hub to factory settings but the problem is still the same. I have had quite a few calls from BT but now each one just says that the problem is fixed from their side - to which I can only say that it's still not working from my side.

 

So we seem to have reached an impasse - I don't think that it will ever be fixed.

Well they never called me back and something is still going wrong.

I did just say "I don't think that it will ever be fixed" but I now have to eat my words - it IS fixed!

 

I can now see and edit my Parental Controls which is great - I look forward to having some fun restricting my kids' access to social media at night!

 

It has taken quite a long time to get sorted out but (after an initial period of frustration) BT have been good at calling back quite frequently. I expect that it is the people moderating this forum who have really got this fixed, so my thanks to you.

I made a couple of changes myself and hoped it'd fix it for you. I can see Parental Controls are active in your Extra now too Smiley Very Happy

Hi guys,

i have had the same issues with the same message.been like this for about 6 months now

i have been cut off twice on the phone while being transferred to the parental controls team now over the last 2 days.

i have just signed up for a new contract which I will be cancelling if I can't get this sorted.

how do I get in contact with the mod team?.
