Problem with BT Cloud App

My IOS BT Cloud app was working absolutely fine, then a couple of days ago, when logging in I got a message saying an update was available and it had to be downloaded to continue. 

 

I clicked the upgrade link which just takes me to the App Store where the app I already have is available. There is no option to upgrade, only open what I already have so you end up in a loop. 

 

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it is no different. The app store is saying there is no new version. 

 

Anyone managed to solve this problem? I primarily use BT Cloud to backup my iPhone, so it's pretty useless without the app.

I have to same problem. App Store just gives option to open not to upgrade. Same on iPhone and iPad running IOS 11.3.

Hi guys,

Thanks for raising this and I am sorry that you're having problems using the BT Cloud app.  I've received confirmation that the issue is fixed now but it will take some time for things to update.  Can you keep an eye on it over the weekend and keep us posted?
