I was wondering if anyone could help with a issue I am having with BT Cloud app backing up content, or is anyone else is seeing the same issue.
I have BT Cloud app installed on my Mac, and in the bottom left hand corner of the application (where is tells you the number of files it is backing up) this ALWAYS gets stuck. Now this wasn't really a issue with the old version of the app because I could see the files were being backed up when I checked.
However, with the latest update of the app, this is no longer the case. I have to shutdown and restart the app for it to start backing up the files which defeats the whole point of this cloud service.
There is nothing wrong with my internet connection (BT Infinity 2) and I have more than enough space in the cloud (currently using 14% of 550GB), so what's the issue?
Is there a way to rollback to the previous build of the application because at least that version backed up content?

Just to update ...
Issue is still ongoing.
I have done one remote session with one of the Cloud technicians. Currently waiting on a second remote session to take place.
So I seem to have fixed the issue myself.
For anyone experiencing the same issue, here is what I did.
1. Removed all content from the cloud (yeah, I know. Not ideal).
2. Logged out of all devices from within the BT Cloud application.
3. Quit the BT Cloud application.
4. Uninstalled the BT Cloud application.
5. Downloaded the latest version of the BT Cloud application from the BT website.
6. Turned off my firewall.
7. Re-installed the BT Cloud application.
8. Uploaded my content back to the cloud.
So far, so good. Everything is working as expected.
