Thank you Keith

I enabled Parental Control - light level and this works on my smartphone and tablet.

BUT I can still access unwanted websites on my main desktop computer.

BT have been looking at this problem for a week now and the last phone call from them was to ask for another few days.

Can anyone else help?

I'm sorry it's taking us some time to get a fix in place, however the team that's dealing with this case has been following the correct process and relevant steps. Hi Stephanie

My Parental control was removed and added again and I had to activate it once more.  I did so but unfortunately this did NOT do the trick.  Sites blocked on smartphone but NOT main desktop computer.
