BT Virus Protect switch from McAfee to Norton. installation failed

Hi- I have two accounts with BT for 2 different lines AND different number of Norton licences to use on each. I used 5 of the 15 licences from one account. Then use the 2 of 2 licences from another account. Now when i want to use a few more of the licences from the first account, BT and Norton are defaulting to the second account and not lettting me add any more from my first account. Why is this the case? 

I also deleted McAffee on the additonal device in anticipation of adding a new McAfee licence on that one so kind of exposed. Any advice on this situation?

They finally gave me an answer as to why mine won't work.you have to have Android 8.0 or above so 7.0 will never work. My tablets are 7.0 so they can't give me antivirus as per contract. Official complaint made.
