I have the same problem had hub for about 4 months and still shows Bt wifi not active. Can you help?

I have moved your post to a new thread, so you can get help from the community.

 

Have you checked the status of your BT Wifi by logging into MyBT to see if you are opted in?

 

Can you access other BT WiFi hotspots when you are away from your house?

I have spoken to BT this morning they thought it was not opted in correctly. They said it should take four hours to update. No luck yet.

What does it say when you login to MyBT, and look at your extras, can you see the BTWifi extra?

Yep it shows active, however it has always shown that and I have been able to use BT WIFI away from home. It is just my home hub 6 that does not show active

Its possible that attempts are being made to change the configuration of the hub, but for some reason they are failing.

 

Look for ppp1:TR69 ConnectionRequest: processing request from ACS

 

in the system log on this link.

http://192.168.1.254/0000013200/gui/#/technicalLog/eventlog

 

Set log filter to select TR69 category events only, otherwise you will never find them Smiley Wink

 

See if the connection attempts are failing.

Just to update Mod's. I have had replacement hub in place since before christmas and can confirm that BT wifi is still not active.
