I've been having the same problem for the last two days now : I can log in to My BT but the exact same password and username, which are supposed to let me in to BT Cloud, just return a UN2 error message.

Try ringing the BT cloud team on 0800 500 3114, 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun
