switch to Norton does not exist, only "manage" and "learn more", which believe me you do not learn any more!! click the obvious "manage" and get (a useful page)

Hi @creeek, welcome back to the forum, and sorry you're having this problem moving over to Norton.
This error is caused by having a BTID username that is not an email address. If your username is not an email address then please look at Change Your BTID Username and, once you've changed over to an email address you will be able to complete the changeover.
