I have two BT ID,
The primary BT ID , which is the Account Holder, the user name is not my email address
The secondary BT ID, which is the Account Manager, the user name is my full email address
After reading the postings above, I am trying to change my secondary BTID status from Account Manager to Account Holder.
As requested on the website, I have phoned the 0800-111456 number to attempt this and I am getting the "Number not recognised" message
Any ideas as to which is the correct telephone number, or how to do thsi change?

Hi @matts80, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. You're missing a '7' off the end of the phone number.
You may not need to call if you change the Primary BTID to change this to another email address (not the secondary BT ID).
If this isn't possible you can Claim the account holder status on the secondary BT ID.
