I have the same problem... someone tried to find some help, rang me 30 mns to put me through someone else who should have had a clue, it rang out... and someone hung up on me... What is the issue? I just need to change my call restriction. Is Smart Talk still supported properly?

Hi @SebLondon welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I'm not aware of any know problems with the service at the moment, what error message are you getting when you try to change the call restrictions when you login to www.bt.com/mybt?

I get the same error - I am only trying to change the call restrictions and get the error after validating these.
