I've moved you post onto your own thread. Have you recently factory reset you hub? As this does reset the Hub back to default and BT Wifi will broadcast for awhile but should change back to your chosen preference in a few days.
I can take a look at your account to make sure its opted out. Please can you send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile?
Thank you for the offer but I've phoned the BT Wifi support team and they have requested it's removed from the hub. I factory reset the hub after it appeared which clearly didn't help.
