Sorry that you're having problems using your reward card. If you've forgotten the PIN, you can access it by logging into your online account at www.purecard.com and going to My Details>Security>View PIN.
If you are still experiencing problems, you can call the team on 0344 879 1068. Opening times are Monday - Friday (09:00-18:00)
Thanks for your help. It seems I was not really paying too much attention to the instructions when I first recieved the card. My wife wanted to spend the money today but when she asked me for the pin number i said..."What pin number"....!! Then all hell broke loose but I feel sure you know how that goes...!!
Anyway thanks a lot for your help on behalf of my state of mind and my wifes spending habits...........
