Server error please try again, when trying to update parental controls

I get the message " Server error please try again, when trying to update parental controls. It has been a few months since I could change the controls. How do I solve this?

Hi @zetayer Welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you've been unable to update your parental controls. We'll need to raise a case with the BT.com faults team to get that looked at and I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team.
