In attempting to set up SmartTalk, I'm only able to get as far as a message saying "Creating your BT ID" (after entering preferred e-mail, password details etc). I have attempted it twice and it doesn't move on to next step however long I leave it. I have both wi-fi connection (to my BT Home Hub) and mobile data enabled. It's a Huawei Ascend Y550 phone just bought via BT Shop. I've looked at the SmartTalk Help pages and it doesn't seem to show up there.
do you not have an existing BTID when you check your bill and services which you could use rather than trying to create a new BTID
