I have a large number of audio files, recordings of talks I or friends have made, that I wish to share. I have spent time putting them into folders on BT Cloud, only to discover now that sharing is blocked because they are mp3s (and therefore deemed to be commercial music).
Is there an audio format that BT Cloud allows to be shared?
Is there a way of doing this using BT Cloud?
Many thanks for any advice

That seems a bit odd, as Google Drive allows sharing of mp3s.
If the total is 15GB or less, then upload them to Google drive, as you get that amount free.
Thank you, I might try that though I normally try to avoid using Google
I'm also going to see if I convert them to .mov or other video format whether it will work on BT, as it says they allow sharing of videos.
You could try converting them to zip format, provided the recipient can unzip them.
It must be looking inside the archive.
What about simply changing the suffix to something else like .dat or even .jpg, then getting the recipient to rename them?
It should not reject .jpg as people use that for sharing pictures, and it a compressed format like .mp3, so I cannot see how it could be seen as an audio file.
I think I had my zipping set wrongly, it was not compressing just collating. I've tried again and I think it works now.
Thank you for your ideas
