I've had a ref **edited by Mod** saying I have 14 days to reply before the query is closed but it's very much an open issue. I've also had a lot of problems with BTYahoo in France and just got the email. He wanted a screenshot but can't seem to add it to this, however, it's the usual trying to set up with a black box apologising it's taking longer. Hope this helps.
Hi @gilgra The bt.com team have completed a data cleanse now so can you try and set up the Smart Talk service again when you have time and post back and let me know if that has sorted it for you.
