Switcu to Norton

Have switch to Norton on 3 devices (Desktop, laptop and android phone).  Trying to install Norton on 2nd android mobile (Samsung) and every time either using email, text or QR link the BT Virus Protect app installed from Google Play is Mcafee.  This didn't happen on the other mobile also a Samsung.

Advice please.

I'm sorry you're having problems installing the BT Virus Protect app powered by Norton on your Samsung mobile.  I understand you've managed to get the other 3 devices updated.

Your device needs to be running Android version 8 or above to download the app.  Can you double check please?  Check this link for more info:  Can't update from McAfee to Norton

I also get this issue. Older Android version issue I suppose 😞 Perhaps if this came up as an error or was explicitly stated rather than directing us to a competitor product?
