TV app defaulting to wrong account

Hi - the TV app is defaulting to an empty account so won’t let me view what I should be able to with my TV package. 


Basically BT made an error when opening my account which resulted in three account numbers being generated / added under my name, and now the app is using one of the dead ones. Need to delete all but the active one or make the active one the default account please.

This is an interestin message, I recently moved over to BT TV and have never been able to connect via the app. It always comes up ith those awful error numbers. I have followed the instructions so many times that I have given up. No point in trying to contact BT as this is not considered essential.
