After a month of contacting BT to resolve this problem wth setting up SartTalk on an android mobile. Last Wednesday I got a call from 0800 028 5085. I didn't get his name but he said he would get it sorted out by yesterday. Obviously this didn't happen or I wouldn't be writing this. Do call again. I would love to hear the excuses.
There may be light at the end of the tunnel. After speaking to 4 different people today so far, the SmartTalk team ( 0800 011 3845 ) who have been assigned to my problem are to phone me this afternoon. I cannot wait.
