Received call Tuesday night. Caller told me I would be called Wednesday to deal with problem and he would call me again Thursday to hear the outcome of that call.

Neither call arrived.

More empty promises I am afraid.

Sorry you didn't get the call back. I've had a look at this and can see the problem has been further escalated and your case handler is waiting a response before getting in touch. I'm sure this will be sorted soon.

Still no SmartTalk.

I had a call from BT a week ago which I had difficulty with the accent. I think the caller said I could now install Smarttalk and they would call back the following Monday to see how I got on as they don't work weekends. I had no joy with the app nor did I get the follow up call.

What next ?

After receiving my call yesterday, I reinstalled etc and after the PIN installation and press OK this is the screen.
