Come on SmartTalk team. Surely this app cannot be so difficult. Why does it take so long for you to respond to customers ? Why do you never explain to customers what exactly you do ?
Is there light at the end of the tunnel ? I contacted the team on 0800 011 3845 today who say there has been a problem with the server and I should reset my phone in 24 -48 hrs and SmartTalk will work. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
After two and a half months I am not entirely convinced. We shall see.
OK 48+ hrs later reinstalled app and guess what. Same old problem still exists.
Does this mean that the server is still at fault ? I suppose I should not have expected anything else.
I've just heard from BT that " the problem can not be resolved from their end ".
They didn't seem keen to offer any suggestions but the lady on the phone said she was sorry that it had taken so long.
Time to look elsewhere for a better service I think.
