Troubleshooting

I have recently installed the BT Whole Home Wifi disks on my network.

Whenever I open the Android ap "BTWhole-Home" it always says

"There's a problem with your internet connection"

If i follow the Troubleshooting actions everything comes out OK.

I am running V1.02.01 build24 on the disks which are connected to a BT HH5

 

I can obviously cobbect to the internet so I do not understand what the app is complaining about - 

If I follow the action that says reboot everything the app says everyting is good for about 30 seconds before it then complins.

 

Is the APP broken or do I have a real problem?

 

This bit might be a red herring - I have a Q2 internet radio which has always had issues - everynow and then it just stops and the lights flash to say it cant get to the internet - this is direct to the BT HH5 - it was for this reason I invested in the BT Whole Home system assuming I had poor coverage from the BT HH5.
