I’ve just upgraded to FTP Superfast from ADSL2 ~2 weeks ago. Today facial recognition login has stopped working on all devices, 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. Error message says No Flow available. Then access is by pass phrase which implies that there will be no updates to other devices..
How can this be rectified without loosing all my passwords?

This is just to access True Key. I mentioned broadband upgrade simply because this is a contract change

Can you still use Face ID to access the device?
I had a look online for this error message and can not see any mention of it. You could ask on the True Key community provided by McAfee.

Various ages of iOS devices. Most up to date is an iPad pro 2017/18 ish
If you login using the password are your passwords there?
