Unable to activate BT Virus Protect subscription

Help!! 

Trying to activate the BT Virus Protect app on my daughters new android phone but when selecting the option to enter the activation code I'm just presented with a blank screen that hangs until the [back] button is pressed to return to the previous screen.

The app. continues to works but only as the free version.

I've installed this on all my other & family devices and never encountered this issue on any of them, always installed with no issues but I'm stumped with this.

Yes, I have tried resetting, uninstalling & reinstalling before you ask......

Any advice greatly received as this is driving me mad & I can find no solutions or suggestions on any BT site....

Hi @Anonymous welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that must be frustrating? Did you try turning the mobile off and on then trying again?

If you still need help I'd recommend reporting this on 0800 111 4567 and the help desk will raise a case with the Virus protect team to get this investigated.
