@Bluesince1961 It would help the volunteer forum members if you explained exactly what it was you were doing when this message appeared. It does not look like a BT generated message.

I had a BT icon on my task bar since I joined BT 5 years ago ( quick access to TV etc. ) and it always worked until this week. I have3 binned it now.
